Organizational Structure B1.01 Community of Grace Lutheran Church (“Community of Grace”) shall be a staff-managed, board-led, and congregationally-empowered organization. The staff shall be empowered to manage Community of Grace within an organizational framework developed by the staff and approved by the Board of Directors.
