Building Update: In the next few weeks we hope to give you an update on where we are and what's happening. The prolonged process with the city along with some new projects going up around us have given us the chance to step back a bit and make sure we are headed where God wants us to head, and to make sure we are moving ahead in a financially feasible way. Projected costs due to fuel increases, the economy, and city requirements have jumped beyond our budget so we need to do some healthy re-evaluating before we move too much further along. We are having an important meeting tomorrow to discuss all of this. I'll keep you posted. Stats and Stuff: Attendance: 242@9. 182@10:30=424 (Not bad for a holiday weekend) Offerings: General--$11,422 (not bad for a holiday weekend). Building--$3,239. Rwanda--$48. Hunger--$48. Grace Adventure Club--$.66. Refugee resettlement--$1,025. Refugee Resettlement Update: We had a fantastic response to our request for providing home goods for our refugee family from Burundi. In fact, we received more than we needed so what we had left over is being passed on to other refugee families. Thanks for your support. The family comes this week. This weekend, in our series on Jesus, we turn our focus to our eyes and the logs in them that keep us from seeing people as Jesus sees them. Again, it's also Kid's Ask Pastor Tim.
