Hey, Gracer's, We've just turned the corner on the first half of the year so thought I would give you a financial update on how we're doing so far in 2008. In one word--Great. Take a look: Contributions budgeted through June: $361,478 Contributions taken in through June: $360,778 General Expenses budgeted through June: $343,686 (doesn't include budgeted benevolence) General Expenses spent through June: $337,325 (doesn't include benevolence) Building Fund taken in for first six months of 2008: $222,442 cash + $5,334 stock = $227,776 Building Fund taken in since campaign began in March 2007: $771,000 Benevolence given away in first 6 months 2008: $75,183 These are extra-ordinary numbers considering the economy.
